At The Atlas° Hotel, your wedding day is all about you. Our Custom Wedding Package offers the flexibility to tailor your celebration while ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless and stunning event. Whether you envision an intimate affair or a grand gathering, this allows you to focus on personalizing your day while staying within your budget.
Our custom package requires a minimum spend of $7,500 - including venue rental, catering, bar services, and bartenders.
Excluded from Minimum Spend: Ceremony Room Rental, Third-party Rentals (including AV setups; in partnership with ProAV), and Guestrooms

wedding spaces
- Imperial Room | $1,000 rental
- Situated on the lower level, the Imperial Room is our largest and most elegant space. With a ballroom-style setup, it comfortably seats up to 250 guests at round tables. This space includes a dedicated reception lobby and customizable LED-accent lighting for a personalized touch.
- Unity Hall | $1,000 rental
- Located on the second floor, Unity Hall offers a bright and inviting atmosphere with natural light streaming through windows on three walls. It accommodates up to 200 guests at round tables and provides access to our rooftop deck. Unity Hall also features a private reception lobby and coat-check area.
- Silver & Gray Room | $450 rental
- Ideal for more intimate gatherings, the Silver & Gray Room is located on the lower level and seats up to 80 guests at round tables.
- Custom Package Minimum: For events in this smaller space, the minimum spend is reduced to $2,500.
- Additional Ceremony Space
- Available for an additional fee, this option allows for a separate dedicated space to host your ceremony in style, then a quick stroll down the hall for the real party. This is not included in your minimum spend.

- Exclusive in-house catering service: Check out our 2026 menu options here, featuring buffet options or late-night snack options. *Pricing for 2027 catering menus is subject to change.
- BYO Wedding Cake: Since we don't make wedding cakes in-house, you are welcome to bring your wedding cake from one of Regina's many amazing bakeries. Queen City Cakes, Sinfully Sweet, and yes, even your talented Auto Susan!
bar services
- Corkage Service: $10 per person, including glassware, garnishes, ice, and more (client provides liquor permit)
- Full Bar Service: Managed by The Atlas° with custom bar menu options. Wedding Bar Services
- Bartenders: $25/hour per bartender

- Guided Pre-Planning: This isn't our first rodeo. So, to help your wedding go as smoothly as the butter on your dinner rolls, our team of wedding experts can walk you through exactly what we offer and how we do it.
- The Big Day: Just like your closest friends and family, our dedicated Banquets Operations team and Managers are right there in the action. Like any good host, we'll have everything of ours set up and waiting for you. Then, when the dinner bell rings, we'll be ready to serve up more than just 100-watt smiles; our crew will serve up dinner and clear the dishes when you're done. They might even shed a tear for the happy couple :')
- Security: Provided from 11 PM onward, we'll keep some extra hands on deck to make sure all the fun stays on the dance floor.
